Program Structure
Program Length
6-week sessions designed for after-school programs.
Session Duration
Each session runs approximately 60 minutes.

Designed for school campuses and structured after-school programs.
Through structured speed, agility, coordination, and sport-based training, students build real athletic skill within a safe, progressive system aligned with school values.

XTREME Campus Model™
Our after-school programs operate through a structured, progressive framework designed to align with campus goals and student growth standards.
Schools may implement:
Level 1 – Movement Foundations
Foundation coordination, balance, body control, and physical literacy
development.
Level 2 – Speed & Agility
Acceleration, change of direction efficiency, controlled top speed
exposure, and reaction-based training.
Level 3 – High Performance
Advanced movement mechanics, power development, and competitive preparation.
Implementation may be adjusted by grade band, campus size, and scheduling structure to ensure age-appropriate progression and scalable delivery across student populations.
Optional Sport-Specific Blocks
Schools may incorporate structured sport modules within the
XTREME Athletes™ framework. Available modules include:
• Flag Football
• Basketball
• Soccer
• Multi-Sport Skill Development
• Agility & Conditioning Circuits
• Asphalt / Blacktop Hockey
All sport modules maintain the same structured progression model — emphasizing movement mechanics, decision-making, and athletic development over unstructured free play.
Programs are designed to be flexible and scalable — typically operating 1–3 days per week, with expanded options available based on campus goals and student demand.
