Questions Parents Often Ask
Is this only for athletes?
No. The XTREME Mindset Vault™ is built with an athlete mindset, but the lessons apply to sports, school, friendships, family, confidence, discipline, and everyday life.
What age is this for?
The Vault is designed for kids and teens ages 7–14, with simple story-based lessons and action steps parents can help guide.
How long does each lesson take?
Most Vault lessons are short and realistic for busy families — usually 5–10 minutes per lesson. We recommend one lesson per week, so kids have time to reflect, talk about it, and apply the action step during the week. Families can do two lessons if they want, but the goal is not to rush. The real growth comes from reflection, conversation, and consistent application over time.
Are these real-life lessons or fantasy stories?
The Vault uses realistic stories and scenarios kids can understand. No fantasy lessons or random motivation — just real situations kids face in sports, school, pressure moments, mistakes, friendships, and confidence-building moments.
What does my child actually do inside the Vault?
They read or watch short lessons, follow story-based scenarios, answer reflection prompts, and complete simple action steps that help them apply the lesson in real life.
Can parents use this with their child?
Yes. The Vault is parent-friendly and can be used at home as a short weekly confidence, mindset, and life-skills routine.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Membership is monthly and can be canceled anytime. We encourage families to stay consistent, because the biggest growth comes when kids continue applying the lessons, reflection questions, and action steps over time.
