This is not random drills. This is structured speed development. Powered by the proprietary
FAST-TRAK HIGHWAY™ Training System. Athletes train inside a lane-based performance structure built to develop explosive first-step acceleration, efficient sprint mechanics, and controlled change-of-direction under pressure.

Multi-Sport Summer & Seasonal Camp™
High-energy multi-sport summer & Seasonal camp designed to keep kids active, confident,
and engaged. Each 3-hour daily session blends structured movement, team games, and skill development — all delivered with the XTREME standard of structure and coaching.

Ages 7-14
Elementary & Middle School athletes
1-Week Sessions | 3 Hours Per Day
Monday – Friday 9 AM – 12 PM
Limited spots per session – early registration encouraged.

The XTREME Life & Mindset Mini-Series™ is a structured youth & teen development system designed to build real confidence, character, discipline, emotional control, and stronger
decision-making skills.
