XTREME Speed & Agility Training is a structured athletic development program that helps youth athletes improve speed, acceleration, agility, reaction, coordination, body control, and confidence through proper movement mechanics and progressive training.

We currently train athletes ages 7-14, with training for ages 15-17 planned for the future.

Yes, We welcome beginners and athletes at different skill levels. XTREME ATHLETES™ is built for athletes who want to learn, improve, and reach their potential – including the underdogs.

What does a typical training session include?

Sessions may include speed mechanics, acceleration, sprinting, agility, Juking and change-of-direction drills, reaction work, jumping and landing, explosive movement, coordination, and body control

Athletes may be grouped by age, experience, movement ability, and confidence so they can train at the right level.

How often should my athlete train?

If your athlete is already training and competing with a sports team, 1 XTREME session per week can complement their schedule. For athletes looking for maximum development, 2 sessions per week, may be recommended, depending on age, goals, and overall training load.

What should I bring?

Bring water, sweat towel, and wear athletic clothing. We may train on grass or artificial turf. Cleats are encouraged, especially on turf, but athletic shoes are also acceptable.
